Meteor Garden Episode 27

They could have had a little more fun with sneaking in. They just waltzed in, how boring. *** THANK YOU. I thought I was the only one that noticed she hadn't said she liked him yet. And after all that I was expecting her to shout it at the top of her lungs. But that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was actually pretty good in many areas, and it had an ending. It wasn't going to drag it out into the second season, though I'm sure the second season is exactly the same. Not sure if I'll go watch it yet. But good flick, especially for something made in ... what 2001?

For something made in 2OO1, I thought this show was really good. I have to say, out of all 3 versions, I think this one got most of the smaller scenes included in it, and it included characters that were omitted in the other 2 (although her little brother was omitted in this one). I liked how it ended, although the rest of the scenes in this episode leading up to it was unexpected, Meteor Garden taking on it's own originality. I think it was worth watching, and if I hadn't of seen the other 2 versions, I probably would've liked this one better. Not sure if I'll watch the 2nd season yet

for something made in 2001, this version can still compete with the others remakes. i love how the girls in this version were more aggressive and less submissive therefore creating a sense of equality among the characters. shanquai's character had more courage and was such a bad ass in this version that made me fall in love with her; she never lost her character like in the other 2 and always stayed strong.

I've now seen all three versions and I like this the best..this one made it clear why she chose the jerk instead of the sweet guy...in BOF I thought the her soul mate should have got her, though I really liked the opulance of BOF :D the japanese version just bored me, I felt like I was watching a cartoon version
