Description: A group of Korean archeologists find a skeleton and identify it as Lee Jin-Seok. But Lee Jin-Seok is still alive and he is now an old man. It is his brother Jin-Tae who went missing in the Korean War. We travel from the present to 1950, when the Korean War started. Jin-Seok and Jin-Tae, Jin-Seok?s brother, are young men who suddenly find themselves catapulted into a bloody world so different from their quiet, rural lives. As the war progresses, the war begins to poison Jin-Tae?s mind. Jin-Seok is lost when he finds that he no longer knows who his brother is.

Story about Brotherhood Love and Korean Painful History - By Jasmine1106

I watched this movie years ago, but still in my mind until now. I always rated it as the best Korean movie. A very touching film about brotherhood love. Ordinary peoples have to be divided just because of the politics, the grassroots have no idea about ideology, they just want to live peacefully and sufficient their needs. For me, this movie is a combination between Save Private Ryan and Beautiful Life of Roberto Benigni. A very good scripts and director.

Through this movie, Jang Dong Gun and Won Bin proved they are not just pretty boys but really an actors with their acting skills and hard work. Good Job, guys !!.
