Biblia is a wonderful mystery story using a book collector’s knowledge to find out about books and the lives of people along with solving mysteries.  This drama reminds me of Fake Kyoto Bijusten Jiken Emaki which revealed the differences between authentic art and fake art through understanding the pieces, knowing them well and resolving the theft.  Biblia uses collector’s books to resolve mysteries.  Through the story the magic and stories the books hold are revealed through a collector who is a bibliophile!  Each episode has a different intrigue which helps us, the viewers, understand subtle differences between authentic and fake books.  There is also a bit of romance evolving as well as helping a young man find his way and take hold of his life.  This drama has a lot of warmth and caring.  The subtle beauty of the filming easily captured me and has created a dedication from me.  I am, so soon, hoping for a sequel!
