It was simply pure accident when I stumbled upon this drama.  I have heard of Korean drama series but have not seen any until I saw BOF. During this time, Shaw Cable ( I live in Canada ) had a filipino channel on for free as a promotion. During this time, they were showing Lovers in Paris, filipino version and right after was BOF korean, dubbed in Filipino.  Perhaps, it was the good looking cast that got my attention first, or the breath taking scenery that they were showing.  Whatever it may be, it caught on my full attention and got me hooked since for Korean drama.  I didnt really like the filipino dubbed version so I started looking for the english sub.  I love how LMH transformed to this very arrogant, rich, spoiled childish young man who doesnt know any better to a responsible, caring, warm, man who will do anything to realize and conquer the love of his life.  It is truly a cinderella story that is probably not gonna happen in real life and that is partly the beauty of it.  Twice a week, it’s viewers were able to go to a world that we sort of just dream of. This show also introduced me to fan world of Kim Hyun Joong and SS501.  Jihoo is just so adorable. Regardless of the bad feedback with regards to his acting of the role, I think he did just fine.  He delivered what was asked of him.  Jihoo is stiff, withdrawn in the exterior and was abit autistic.  For his first time acting, he did fabulous.  And I have been loving him since.  This will forever be my #1 Korean drama as it was my first and brought alot of smiles and tears for me..
