As she looked around for a potential husband, she discovered that she was surrounded by unacceptable candidates, like gay assistant or cheating ex-boyfriend. The only man who could love her despite her ill temper and stubbornness is her best friend. The only problem was that they both swore that they were not or will ever be romantically attracted to each other.

One day, I visited this blog called couchkimchi and I found out about ARIEL LIN’s new Taiwanese series entitled, IN TIME WITH YOU. I checked out the trailer without subtitles and I felt nothing! I don’t know the guy she’s being paired to and because I don’t understand any single words they were saying in the teaser, it didn’t get my attention and so I dropped it!

But then, it started to bother me! My thoughts were like, "HEY! IT’S ARIEL LIN! Your favorite Taiwanese actress! You haven’t seen her in dramas for years! So why don’t you give it a try and check it out AGAIN! FOR HER SAKE! Come on! Girl! GOOGLE IT and read the synopsis!"

FINALLY, I DID IT! I type, in time with you taiwanese drama on google search and voila! I found out that the concept of the story is about "BEST-FRIENDS-TURN-LOVERS" - my favorite theme in both movies and series! Anything with a long-time-best-friends-who-are-hiding-feelings-for-each-other type of set set-up is a sure green light to me. Give me the ticket and I will surely ride the ship until it reaches it’s final destination. And so, I look for it again and go to couchkimchi for more details. I watched the trailer FOR THE SECOND TIME but with English subtitles and now I AM TOTALLY INTERESTED AND HOOKED!!!

I watched episode 1 yesterday and I really like it! I love how they put together the past and the present in the story. I am looking forward for more high school memories they will show. I’m eager to know more about the things happened before between them.

As for the leads, ARIEL LIN’s acting is great as always and I love the way her role is different from her previous characters in other dramas. She’s no longer portraying the immature girl who lacks brains and all but instead, a full-grown woman with a cute charm on her shoes. And for the male lead actor, actually he’s reason why the series didn’t got me the first time I saw the trailer. I completely don’t know him! I never heard his name before and I never watched any of his dramas in the past but upon seeing him in the first episode, I am now a fan of him! Oh Yes! I now like this guy because of his cute smile! (Waah! so cuteeeeeee!!! Everytime he smiles! Oh my! I totally swoon ^^).
