What else could there be? Makino and Tsukasa are married, Part 2 had the perfect ending, why risk ruining things with a movie when everything ended so perfectly? BECAUSE WE NEED MORE HYD!! The movie takes off right after season 2, married life isn’t the end, it’s often just the beginning. I really didn’t think the HYD series had more to offer in terms of grasping my attention and holding me hostage to the screen with superb character development, well timed plot twists and that HYD charm I’ve grown to enjoy over the past few years. The cast you’ve grown to love is back in full force, with a few less cameos considering it is a movie but the scope of the movie really makes up for it. The music is highlighted with "One Love" by Arashi which is by far the best song of the entire series. "Kisshug" by Aiko is a good insert song for a specific scene in the movie as well.

Final thoughts on the HYD series overall:

From the first season to the movie I gotta say that this was the most enjoyable drama series I’ve watched and I’ve seen a lot. HYD offers something for everyone, teaches us something about ourselves and inspires us all in what we do. From true love, us against the world, our friends and our enemies, we take the good with the bad and better ourselves. From the manga, to the anime, to Meteor Garden (Taiwanese), Meteor Garden II, Hana Yori Dango, HYD 2, HYD Final, Boy Over Flowers (Korean) and Meteor Shower (Chinese), the HYD series is a strong force in the drama world and should be experienced by everyone..
