Description: Detective Otonashi Tsukiko (Nagasawa Masami) works for the First Investigation Division team led by Tannai Ichio (Takenaka Naoto). She is also obsessed with the "Toshi Densetsu" manga. Detective Otonashi Tsukiko even claims she became a detective because of "Toshi Densetsu." Whenever a case happens, Tsukiko Otonashi contemplates whether it may have any relations to "Toshi Densetsu". Meanwhile, forensic investigator Katsuura Hiroto (Mizobata Junpei) falls in love with Detective Otonashi Tsukiko on first sight.

Humor, Romance, and Mystery: Definitely Worth Your Time! - By cesimone101

Love this series so far. It’s well paced with a fun mystery to solve per episode, mixed with humor and romance. The actors look like they are having fun portraying their characters respectfully.

Definitely worth watching each week for a new episode. Deserves your time if you want to have lighthearted enjoyment.

This is only my opinion but as I have been watching both K-dramas and J-dramas now—I wonder if the main actress was chosen for the popularity of K-dramas now in Japan since she looks more influenced by Korean pop culture in terms of mini-skirts and being much taller than your average Japanese actresses. Hmmm….
