For someone who doesn’t know Chinese history, this could be confusing. This is the story of Cao Cao. He is a historical figure but I don’t know if they depicted him accurately since I have no knowledge of Chinese history. My only information on Cao Cao was from the movie Red Cliff. But I’m not sure if Red Cliff was the correct portrayal of Cao Cao or this movie. I’m not even sure if the Cao Cao on Red Cliff is the Cao Cao here or his son, since they are both named the same. Since I don’t have the facts, I’ll leave that to the viewers who know to decide.

What I will say was that it was well acted. The plot was good as well. I like watching historical movies so I enjoyed this one.
