A young woman comes into the life of an older woman who is a professor at a university while tending to her vegetative husband. The younger woman is like a breeze of spring air who changes the older woman’s life. Before the young woman came into her life, she was alone and living like a ghost. Afterwards, like the announcement of spring, the young woman helps free the older woman from a life of meaningless drudgery. Though the ending is bittersweet because the younger woman’s life mirrors the elders and women often tend to take on so much in their lives to make it complex. True and heartfelt.  It was a very good movie.
