"Jiro Dreams of Sushi" is a documentary about the world’s greatest sushi chef, Jiro Ono, and how he has reached to where he is now. His employees and family members are interviewed as well and they share personal stories that teach important life lessons that many people simply overlook these days. This is a great documentary that mixes the art of sushi making with simple yet exhilarating music. In my opinion, it’s my favorite documentary since it has motivated me to continue pushing my limits because there is no where to go but up if I want to improve my skills and such. So if you want to watch something inspirational, this is one that I would recommend to watch.
