Food lovers must watch this series.  If you haven’t yet, watch the 1st series too.  This isn’t your typical food show where they show you how to cook.  It passes that "how to cook" concept and targets your taste buds.  You get the pleasure of having a professional eater show you what to order and how to enjoys the delicious meal.  The Solitary Man again hits the best restaurants in Japan.  The meals are so wonderfully photographed that you can practically smell them.  Every bite Solitary Man eats makes me not only hungry but so jealous that I don’t live near the featured restaurant and can’t partake in the same meal.  The next best side order of this show is an end of the episode overview from the manga author himself Qusumi.  He relates to us as an "every-man" who is new to the restaurant and tries out it food.  Well played Qusumi!
