MUSIC. It’s a trend in kdrama’s now.

We seen it’s relation in almost every drama. Either one wants to be a star, or one is a stra. Music is the characters life. Whether is Dream High or hearstrings.

TvN’s new show, Shut Up Flower Boyband, sounds funky in it’s own way.

With the Flower Boy concept is present in this TvN drama as well, the spunk of music just adds to millions of fangirl’s spazzing.

Not many people out there know rock, and this drama brings out ROCK.

The story is based on the life of5 boys in a rock band called EYE CANDY. And their life dealing with love, music and friendship. It’s something like this, their ex leader, Byung hee dies in a ‘supposedly car accident’ and now these guys are set to fullfil the last task that he left for them. Win the rock competition.

So we see these guys striving against the rich bad guys of school, fall in love and so on.

What catches my eye the most is the cast of the show.

INFINITE’s L, Sung Joon , Lee Hyun-Jae , Yoo Min-Kyu , Kim Min-Suk etc, is a typical flower boy cast. Along with Jo Bo Ah and Jung Euin Chul.

Like i said, amazing cast.

So we get to see an awesome musical rivalry between "Eye Candy" and "Strawberry Fields" (the rich boyband), listen to awesome rock music..and ofcourse spazz over the gudluking guys.

(PS, my personal favorites are- L and Hyun Jae- google them folks)

I gladly award this show 10/10!!!.
