An overall enjoyable drama, Matsujun comes back with a nice drama after HYD with this tale of a chef who wants to be the best. I found the story good, was a little anti climatic towards the end but did have some emotional moments where you did get involved in it. The cast is solid, several drama vets like Sato Ryuta (Pride, Rookies, Kimi wa Petto) and others with a few good cameos like likekeuchi Hiroyuki (GTO, Beautiful Life, Smile). Music is good, the opening some is We can make it! by Arashi which suits the drama.

If you like Matsujun or cooking this is a good drama to check out….
