Super interesting. That the arguably best sushi in the world is served up in a place in a "subway" with few seats run by a man obsessed with perfection in his food and restaurant…well, it makes for fascinating viewing. The family dynamics—good and bad—and the sacrifices required to be the best are shown without sugar-coating. Seeing how the two sons are, each in their way, dealing with following in dad’s footsteps adds to this portrait of a great sushi chef. Recommended.
