A slice of Japanese school life

The first thing that stands out to me with this movie is how great the casting is. Each of the 4 main actresses portray very typical Japanese (and 1 Korean) personality types. It’s a story of 4 girls determined to play on stage during their school’s culture festival and overcoming various obstacles to do so, including boy trouble, language barriers and little practice time. It’s a wonderfully realistic story with awesome music to sweeten the deal. I highly recommend..
