Description: Young Englishman William (Pierre Deporte) is fascinated with the Orient so when his friend, Japanese sailor Yan (Lee Sun Ho), tells him about a new Dutch sea route to Japan, he eagerly jumps onboard. The ship meets a rough storm at sea, and William gets thrown overboard. He drifts to the island of Tamra and gets rescued by bubbly diver Beo Jin (Seo Woo), who was out scouring for abalone. Intrigued by the blonde-haired foreigner, Beo Jin takes him under her wing and hides him in a cave. William isn't the only newcomer though. Arrogant scholar Kyu (Im Ju Hwan) has been exiled to Tamra, and he's in for a rude awakening. Noble airs won't get him anywhere on the rural island where even a chamber pot is nowhere to be found!

Actually its not a new thing in having love triangle in drama but this drama totally justifies that something different can come out of this frequently heard love triangle. The foreign chracter here named "william" is a co-traveler with yang who is on a way to go to Nagasaki but as fate wishes they are indeed drifted to hermit kingdom Chosun as an aftermath of being in storm.Byu Jin is a daughter of chief diver in Tamra now Jeju,in whose house a secret-inspector is living as exile "Park Gyun", a very beautiful character.Byu Jin gets in trouble for hiding the foreigner and Park Gyu discovers her secret.During this journey of helping and rescuimg her,he unknowing falls for her but unfortunately, his love has been falling for william. The fate grows devilish and plays hard with Park Gyu ,he has to help his love be with her love. The story is wonderful. It makes you cry and brust with laughter too, so, go on enjoy it.You definitely will love it..
