Getting interesting with each episode....I love the korean version better than the Japanese version...Dr. Jin here is steadfast and very good looking indeed! Looking forward to the next episode! Meantime, thanks to the subbers and Dramacrazy.net for sharing this wonderful drama!

the actors were great but the medical cases were really a depressing considering viewers like us (who were members in medical field ) thinks the treatments were too unrealistic ..considering it was era which fast acting synthethic antibiotics wasnt been born , i dont think a recovery by such dses called syphilis isnt that fast . we wished the writers should have had thorough study infused ancient (prevention of dseses and treatment using herbs with precise calculations and dosages ) and modern practices should be shown here. also the assessment of each patient were really poor .poor assessment

I think this version doesn't really care about the medical part unlike the Japanese version. It seems that they want to focus more on the characters' relationships and in the development of the story. That's why they decided that Jin's fiancee would also be the main lady in the past.
