Thank god the ending wasn't sad....the story of this drama went a lot like "A Millionaire's First Love" so i thought the ending is going to very sad like it and i would have to cry a lot...so i didn't even dared to watch 15th and 14th episode..but now seeing this ending...it feels so good....wonderful drama...!!!!!!!!! hooray!!!!!!!!

I was afraid I'll cry my eyes out after watching this episode, but I am glad I was mistaken :) It really was a nice ending to this series - leaves us wondering about 'what's next' and yet gives a feeling of fulfillment at the same time.
The only thing that bothered me were the lacking subs - I felt that I lost some vital information here and there (What was the reason they went to see the official?).
A wonderful work, a wonderful story, great actors.

I love this drama...it's a sad but realistic story. People in medical field would love this too! It's good that it didn't tackle more on hardship to the character of being a cancer patient but focused on her effect to the people around her. I like the romantic side of it. It's funny and yet very decent. Thanks to the director of Scent of a Woman! There's a very good chemistry between the two main characters...kissing scenes went naturally. Doctor and the bad lady played very well, too! (Very convincing...they could make the viewer love and hate them). The ending is brilliant! Overall score...

Two thumbs up!! this is a very moving story and i like how it ended which is so full of hope. it provides insights on how to deal with situations such as this one and i wish that we can all learn to live everyday like it's the last day of our life the way Yeon Jae did in the story, terminally ill or not. lee dong wook's sad and expressive eyes deeply convey the emotions of a severely pained lover, so fitting for the character of kang ji wook.
