This is a good family drama and I got to understand about the korean culture that parents can be very meddling! The dentist is already a 40 year old adult widowed with a child and he's lucky that he met a beautiful woman of similar status who warms his heart. He shouldn't allow his mother to stand in his way in his pursuit of happiness! Subs please!

this is so weird, i mean the EX- father in law is just a creepy old man. i understand that he want the family name to go on, but this is just too much ( and it's not like it's his real daughter) for him to act like that. just give her some space, it's not weird for a woman (or man) to want to remarrie or anything. his obsession is just too much....BTW THNX for subbing DC <3 love u all<3

The father in law I get, in his mind daughter-in-law would not move on, and remember she kept denying when clearly there was something going on betwn her and doc, but the mother surprised me. must be a cultural thing. Both are widowed, with a child (cute kids too) seem like a perfect match or maybe in Korean society, widow women are viewed differently then widowed men.

I have been watching Korean drma for alomost a year, and it never ceases to amze me how the parents and inlaws are dipicted. They seemed to be over invvolved in their children's life to the point of obession, their wishes overshadows their children's, WHOM THEY PROFESS TO LOVE! If this truly mirrors life in Korea, I can understand how they have the highes sucicide rate in the world! And I totally agree...father in law is CREEPY and his mother needs to handle her own life!!
