I 've started watching "Detective Dee and the Mystery ofThe Phantom Flame" a chinese movie..Great reviews.. very exciting .. and our DarkUmagon downloads it..
So far, the beginning scenes are filled w/ excitement!! suspence... you don't want to miss ...

why i cannot watch the final episode? its not working please help me!

the ending's a bit sad though.... they can finally be together..... in death...

Well, I thoroughly enjoyed this drama, I am glad to know that Dong Yi gave back to her community, by helping the poor people. Someone made a comment they could finally be together in death but it seems like he was able to visit her outside the palace whenever he wanted to. She didn't give up her title or status and she was living in another "palace". I believe they were able to see each other as it was implied. The young lady who played Dong yi as a child was outstanding. All of the cast was good. I thought they would've shown some outtakes at the end like on some other dramas. King S

Thanks to everyone who did the subtitles. I am sure that probably is grueling if you are subbing more than one drama at a time. Drama Crazy has a huge selection of dramas compared to other sites...time to look for a new one to watch...my only gripe is the pop ups.

can anybody explain the ending to me? First Dong Yi's child character is back, meeting with Chun Soo? whaaaat? then at the end she's back to Suk-Bin mama?

i think that child version of dong yi is the reincarnation of dong yi.. if u hadn't notice i think she passed on..not sure.. this series was great... i really enjoyed every bit of it... hope too watch another historical drama llike this one... cause now i dont know what to watch...(bummer).... any one wants to refer another great historical movie for me... thankz for the upload and sub titiles....

noo i dont want it to be over i want more dong yi.. im so sad right now.. oh well great DRAMA my first historical one and i think im going to start watching historical more often. Great Actor and Actresses :)

to you who recommended me to watch Yi San... Thanks a lot!!!! that movie is great!! just like dong yi here, but different point of view (from the king side), and i think im right to watch Yi san after dong yi, coz its like more series of dongyi begin from king Yeong Jo aka Geum (dong Yi's son), unfortunately theres no story when king Yeongjo reign just started, they only told from when Yeongjo already had Grandchild. btw, i barely know something that connected Dong Yi and Yi san, it's Dong Yi's ring! the one the king sukjeong give, and Dong Yi treasures it. that ring given to sung seong yeon b

i really love this drama..although i dnt understand korean culture that much, but through this drama i had a glimpse of what a great culture and history they have..

OMG very touching from first episode upto last episode..i fell in love with chun soo here **sigh** hehhehe he is a hottie..this kind of drama that i always wana watch over and over again..havin action,comedy,romance and suspense and some tear jerking episode..i really like jewel in the palace and this dong yi..the actors and actress of korea are really good in acting..hope theres another drama with the same plot as like the 2 i mentioned..all in all bravoo..

yeong ing become king after his older brother (crown prince) died young because of sickness and king sukjong died 2 year after sook bin (dong yi).....i love the ending...that dong yi keep waiting for the king after her death...and they happy ever after in the heaven
