the explanation helps me a lot why it ended that way. But im still very disappointed, why they didnt show how the two switched back. I thought the drawing he kept when his about the throw the items he gave to GDR will do some impact on the ending.
I dont mind if its age gap issue, they should make a good ending. What happenned to Seo Yoon Jae?, he ended with whom? the female doctor? hes the important character and yet we didnt know what happnd to him.
I feel like Da Ran became a crazy woman, seeing KKJ as Seo Yoon Jae.

Talking about the age, I don't mind with the age gap, why if the girl is older than the guy? So on so on... As long as they fill each other, so what's the problem? My calculation just same as adekmanja. By the time the accident occured, GDR was 24, KKJ was 18. So, after 2 years, she supposed to be 26, meanwhile KKJ is 20. The age gap is 6 years. For me, it's not that much, coz I've seen many couples with age difference even further ;)

I do understand the writer's dilemma on how to end this drama because the lead characters of the drama are supposed to be Gong Yoo

After watching the end again I finally understood everything, but it was weak. I hoped for a better ending.

is it the end already? i watch this drama just becuz of suzy.. the story line is not really good.. the end is so much disappointed!

Well, im not good in english, i try my best to explain.
I think the confusing ending was becaused the way the camera took scene after 1 year later, picture from past and present feel blured, i dont know maybe its on purpose..So please, keep your eyes on Daran and the man under umbrella outfit.

im still confused at the end i mean i thought kyung joon (original body) would be the one to appear at te end not still inside yoon jae's body :/
