The tear cannot be from her, even if you love yourself too much the scheduler said three people that love you, that does not include yourself. The tear came from Kang.
This is simple, the tears have to come from the characters we have in the drama that aren't her parents, then we start eliminating by characters that aren't related to her in terms of how far they relationship have gone... for example: the doctor wont be crying for her, so we can eliminate him, the workers at the restaurant, etc... that leaves a small group of characters... Kang, Min Ho, evil friend, good friend, Yi Kyung, Sched

-Her good friend could be one to give her a tear but her character is less important in the plot, at least for now.
-Evil friend, definitely wont cry for her pure tears.
that leaves, Kang, Min Ho, Yi Kyung, Scheduler. In my opinion, the scheduler is not a person because he is dead, so I think the ones to cry for her will be Kang, Min Ho and Yi Kyung. It is possible that the first tear came from Kang. This is my reasoning.
