totally agree with you.. i somewhat watch k-drama but it's too draggy but j-drama are short but packed with all the elements needed... k-dramas are nice too but it doesnt mean that j-dramas can't make an awesome romance dramas..i even prefer hana yori dango than boys over flowers..anyways let's enjoy the show shall we?? I'm just happy oguri shun is back.. :-)

That was rude of you. I have been watching dramas since 2005 and know ALL japanese dramas. I wonder if more than you. Yes, the japanese were the pioneers in romantic genre (which is obviously my favorite) and all other drama genres in general , but recently they have been very much into fantasy or technical stuff, not many really romantic dramas, like tatta hitotsu no koi, kimi wa petto to or the ones with takizawa hideaki. Which I was missing a lot, because they are truly good.
As for Hana Yori Dango- it is ok, but probably too childish for me, I didn't like the Korean You are beautiful tha

you know "all" japanese dramas? I seriously doubt that because NO ONE can possibly know "every single" jdrama that exists out there. and I probably know more jdramas and have seen more than you have because I have watched jdramas since I was a baby, yes, I grew up watching jdramas.

Ok so you claim to know a lot of jdramas, but describing this drama as "Korean-style" just because it's a romance genre is going too far, because it makes it sound like you think the Koreans "invented" the romance genre, when that is far from the truth.

dont mean to be rude but by k drama style, i highly doubt she meant korean invented romance genre..n u grew up watching j-dramas so u might have felt offended but it just mean one prefers over other...cool down guys...am a j-dorama mystery genre fan n k-drama romantic comedy...i have watched every japanese romance drama from history to very recent n love them though some were bit slow n korean too watched every that's on this site n the recent ones n yes some r bit draggy but the fact we r watching n enjoying n passing our time means, we all r connected with through dramas....aren't we? hehe

Thanks for the subs! Love the first episode and can't wait for what's coming next. It's a feel good/optimistic drama which brings new ideas on the table for Japanese business and management. Very inspirational. Oguri Shun smiling is the cherry on the cake. :)
