The father called the dead mother useless. But, he is worse than useless. If he was truly useless, the world would be better off because he wasn't useless and filled the world with his evil. He should have died a long time ago. I guess it is true that "the good die young" because he didn't die soon enough.
I wonder if this drama will followed exactly the Dostoyevsky novel, "The Brothers Karamazov".
