Description: Story 1. "The Red Claws" Starring: Yamashita Tomohisa, Honda Tsubasa, Horiuchi Keiko Synopsis: Ishida (Yamashita) who had changed jobs recently, had a near-fatal accident while driving home from work. He apparently saw something along a forked road that made him drive towards the edge of a cliff. However, he could not remember who or what it was. His boss tells him to forget the incident. But if ever he remembers what it was, he must never tell a soul about it or else something terrible will happen... Story 2: "The Cursed Patient's Room" Starring: Goriki Ayame, Kinami Haruka, Akimoto Rei Synopsis: Airi (Goriki), a new nurse at a hospital, is curious about a certain patient's room. Rumor has it that that room was cursed so it was turned into a storage room. Recently, it was turned back into a patient's room where two patients have just died. Before they passed away, Airi noticed that they were looking up and staring at something on the ceiling. Now, a young boy is staying in that same room. He, too, has recently been staring up towards the ceiling... Story 3. "Woman on the Right Shoulder" Starring: Okada Masaki, Renbutsu Misako, Kubota Masataka Synopsis: Sawada (Okada) has been wanting to break up with his girlfriend for a long time but he could not find the right timing for it. One day, when he was about to do so, she notices something unusual about his right shoulder. It seems heavier than the other one. She also tells him that she can see a spirit of a somewhat middle-aged woman wearing a blue and red dress. And that this woman has been clinging onto his right shoulder... Story 4: "The Midnight Last Train" Starring: Sugi-chan Synopsis: A man (Sugi-chan) is going home late after doing some overtime work. He runs inside a station, hoping to catch the last train home. To his dismay, he realizes he was not able to make it in time. But then, a voice on the PA system says there is one last train coming. This train arrives at the station and he eagerly gets inside. He finds it eerie, though, to be the only passenger inside. And yet, something catches his eye - it was a figure in white, being reflected on the glass window... Story 5: "One Summer Incident" Starring: Karina, Suda Masaki, Fukuda Ayano Synopsis: Satomi (Karina) has just come home from a night of drinking with her friends. She thinks she saw her brother going into the bathroom but when she checks up on him, there was no one there. The next morning, her brother comes home from his nightshift job to find his room had been ransacked. Satomi soon realizes that someone has been inside their home, and it was her childhood friend, Yuji. But the thing is, Yuji had already been dead for the past few months...
